TEAM COACHING

"No man is an island" said John Donne, a 17th century poet talking about the connection that all humankind has with each other. And nowhere is this more important than within our social and organizational structures where we bring our individual strengths into teams in order to create collective strengths. 

​In our team coaching programs, we work with leadership teams to create cohesion and team spirit by defining common values, establishing a common vision, setting common goals and realising meaningful outcomes. 

PERSONALITY ASSESSMENTS

Well-validated personality assessments provide us with the insights needed to improve performance in ourselves and others through strategic self-awareness about our strengths and our development areas.

Our coaches are certified to interpret the Hogan suite of personality assessments, Deeper Signals, and Mettl's personality- & competency-based assessments to help individuals & organizations predict performance & craft development plans  using the science of personality.

TRAINING PROGRAMS

Customized training programs enable driven, ambitious leaders to build new skills, enhance existing ones, and take action on insights. We focus particularly on principles of applied behavioral science to create relevant training programs to for deep skill-building.​

Our programs range in topics from leadership skills such as coaching & mentoring, cultivating better listening skills, embedding innovation into organzation culture, the art of delegation, difficult conversations to broader topics such as building cross-cultural agility in a hyperconnected world.
