About the Founder
Rucha Hardikar is an experienced coach and facilitator specializing in the areas of Leadership Development, Org Design, Cross-Cultural Agility, Behavior Change, Talent Assessment & Development and Personality Assessment. She is a certified coach (ICF-PCC, Marshall Goldsmith), a certified master trainer & advanced practitioner of Hogan’s Personality Assessments, a certified Organization Development practitioner (TISS-ODA) and a certified Cross-Cultural Agility practitioner (TASCA Global). She brings over 2 decades of rich and varied experience as an HR practitioner, coach, facilitator and leadership development professional in India and internationally to help clients realize their potential, create powerful positive change, and align their professional and personal lives for maximum impact. Her coaching & learning philosophies center on seeing people holistically and recognizing that we are all part of a larger ecosystem that works together. She enables individuals to uncover their values, clarify their purpose, resolve internal conflicts, and achieve their objectives by unlocking their inherent potential. Her strong belief in the human potential for growth coupled with her empathetic approach empowers clients to have more clarity, uncover hidden abilities and reach their desired goals. As a leadership/executive coach, she helps people create strategic self-awareness through the lens of personality and connect their own behaviors to the resulting impact on the people around them. As a seasoned facilitator, she designs and facilitates workshops for groups across organizational levels on varied topics such as understanding self through the lens of personality, manager as coach, leadership skills, developing cross-cultural agility and succeeding as women in leadership, among others. Her ability to hold large groups together & create an atmosphere of trust facilitates open dialog, collaboration and co-creation, and helps participants create actionable insights. As an organization development (OD) professional, she helps organizations review, diagnose, update and/or overhaul organizational systems that results in streamlined processes, efficient utilization of resources & talent, and ultimately leads to increased productivity. Rucha holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Rutgers University (New Jersey, USA) and a Law degree from Symbiosis Law College (Pune, India). She has worked in various domains such as IT/ITES, Design, Ecommerce, Manufacturing, NBFCs, FMCGs, QSRs and Startups among others.
